“Sky Unveils New Sky One Channel & Ultimate TV Plan”

Sky recently announced changes to its TV channel lineup, with the update set to go live soon. Sky Showcase and Sky Max are scheduled to stop broadcasting on February 24, but subscribers need not worry as Sky is reintroducing the popular Sky One channel to take their place.

Sky One will begin airing tomorrow, showcasing a variety of comedy and entertainment programs, including new shows like The Dyers’ Caravan Park and Gemma Collins: Four Weddings and a Baby. In addition to fresh content, viewers can enjoy returning favorites such as Rob & Romesh Vs., The Paper, and Ted.

Moreover, Sky One will be the exclusive home of Saturday Night Live UK, premiering later this year. Carli Kerr, MD of Sky TV & NOW, expressed excitement about the channel’s relaunch, emphasizing its unique and energetic content lineup.

Sky One is scheduled to launch on channel 106 on February 24. Additionally, Sky is introducing a new plan called Ultimate TV, priced at £24 per month. This plan offers access to Disney+, Netflix, Hayu, and the upcoming HBO Max app, along with over 130 premium channels like Sky Comedy, Sky Documentaries, and Sky Crime.

Subscribers to the Ultimate TV plan will also benefit from a dedicated Disney movie channel within the TV guide, allowing them to watch Disney hits without needing the Disney+ app. The plan includes various streaming services and premium channels, catering to a wide range of entertainment preferences.
