Securing the first position is SAP, a software engineering company, compensating senior-level account executives between £57,000 to £89,000. SAP received acclaim for its flexible schedules, generous vacation time, advanced technology, and emphasis on work-life balance.
Mastercard claimed the second spot, lauded for its diverse workforce, comprehensive benefits package, and embrace of a flexible remote work culture. Managerial roles at Mastercard pay between £65,000 to £80,000.
Google, occupying the third rank, offers software engineers salaries ranging from £70,000 to £100,000. Employees commended Google for its competitive pay, cutting-edge technology, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.
