“Apple Fitness+ Unveils New Features for 2022 Goals”

Apple Fitness+ has introduced new features and content to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now offers multi-week programs, including Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes that progress gradually to aid in improving fitness levels over time.

One notable addition is the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” program, which combines 20-minute workout sessions of these two popular exercise types. Additionally, there is a “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan aimed at incorporating Yoga into users’ routines consistently.

A program called “Make your Fitness Comeback” is tailored for individuals starting or restarting their fitness journey. This four-week plan includes three weekly workouts, each lasting 10 minutes, covering Strength, HIIT, and Yoga. The regimen builds upon previous weeks to support users in their fitness progress.

Apple Fitness+ also introduces new episodes of Time to Walk, featuring celebrities like Spice Girl Mel B and actor Penn Badgley. The Artist Spotlight series offers workout playlists featuring the music of renowned artists, with upcoming workouts set to feature Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter KAROL G.

Furthermore, guest workouts from lifestyle and fitness creator Allie Bennett and dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth are available for users to try. The content is accessible on various devices, such as iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, with enhanced features when used alongside the Apple Watch or AirPods Pro for heart rate tracking and calorie measurement.

Interested users can subscribe to Apple Fitness+ for £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year.
