Luke Tully, 47, had relocated from north London to the UAE to pursue his dream life, operating two successful restaurants. Despite living luxuriously and earning a substantial income, his world crumbled when authorities arrested him without cause.
Tully, wrongfully detained and convicted, endured two harrowing years in a prison filled with criminals. His troubles began when he befriended an individual connected to a prominent nightclub in Dubai, who frequented his establishments with large groups, considering Tully a friend.
The turning point came when Tully’s acquaintance was caught with drugs, leading the police to assume Tully was involved. They raided his home, causing chaos and threatening him and his girlfriend. Tully found himself facing baseless accusations and brutal treatment at the hands of the authorities.
