The White House has disclosed the findings of Donald Trump’s MRI examination. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt conveyed that Trump’s cardiovascular imaging results were deemed “perfectly normal” with no indications of arterial narrowing affecting blood circulation or heart irregularities. Leavitt further stated that Trump’s cardiovascular system was assessed to be in “excellent health,” as per the doctor’s assessment indicating healthy major organs and optimal blood perfusion.
The comprehensive executive physical for President Donald J. Trump included advanced imaging to evaluate cardiovascular and abdominal health, particularly beneficial for men in his age bracket. The purpose of this preventive imaging is to detect issues early, confirm overall well-being, and ensure sustained vitality and function in the long term. The evaluation confirmed Trump’s cardiovascular imaging as normal, showing no signs of arterial narrowing, heart abnormalities, or major vessel issues.
The report highlighted that Trump’s heart chambers were normal in size, vessel walls appeared healthy and smooth, and no indications of inflammation or clotting were observed. Overall, his cardiovascular system exhibited excellent health, with abdominal imaging also showing normal results and all major organs functioning within normal parameters without acute or chronic concerns.
Speculation regarding Trump’s health arose following images showing what seemed like bruising on his hand, potentially masked with makeup. Additionally, there were observations of possible swelling in his ankles at times.
In a separate development, Trump faced criticism for commuting the seven-year sentence of David Gentile, a convicted billion-dollar fraudster, just 12 days into his jail term. Gentile, along with his co-defendant Jeffry Schneider, was convicted in August 2024 on securities and wire fraud charges for misleading over 17,000 retail investors with false promises related to private equity funds managed by their firm, GPB Capital. Gentile, who had started serving his sentence on November 14, was released abruptly last week as per Bureau of Prisons records.
