It offers quick solutions to keep users online and prevent interruptions during tasks like streaming or working from home. Additionally, Virgin Media can perform remote fixes overnight to avoid disruptions during the day.
If necessary, the service can assess if a customer requires a WiFi Pod or Hub upgrade for better whole-home coverage. Customers can also request an engineer for further assistance without incurring additional fees.
