A pitbull attack resulted in the tragic deaths of a 50-year-old man and his three-month-old granddaughter in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Police had to shoot the seven dogs to reach the victims, but unfortunately, they could not save the infant in time during the incident on December 3. According to a neighbor named Rebecca Adams, the mother of the baby was distraught, screaming for her child when police entered the property. Adams mentioned that the dogs, which were usually contained in a yard, had a history of escaping and being aggressive towards other animals in the neighborhood.
Attorney General Craig Northcott described the scene as particularly challenging and brutal, urging prayers for the victims’ family and the first responders who witnessed the tragic events. The official statement released detailed the events of the incident and highlighted the ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
