Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague have introduced their newest family member, revealing that their newborn son goes by the name Midas.
The professional boxer and his fiancée shared the news of their second child’s arrival earlier this week but had kept the baby’s name a secret until now. Ahead of Fury’s fight against Eddie Hall in Manchester, Molly-Mae hinted that the name would be unveiled on his fighting shorts during his entrance.
True to her word, Fury proudly displayed “Midas” on his combat gear, fulfilling the promise he had teased earlier in the week. He expressed his excitement, stating, “All will be revealed on Saturday night. I’m looking forward to it. I’ve received more inquiries about the name than the actual fight. It will be an entertaining night, and everything will be unveiled. This has been an incredibly blessed week for me.”
The couple, who met on the reality show Love Island, welcomed their first daughter, Bambi, in January 2023. Hague announced her pregnancy with their second child in February. They joyfully shared the news of their expanding family through an Instagram post, featuring a heartwarming black-and-white photo of the five of them, captioned simply with “… and then there were 4.”
The post quickly garnered over 1.5 million likes within two hours, with friends and followers flooding the comments section with congratulatory messages. Among them was TV presenter and former Love Island contestant Maura Higgins, who expressed her happiness for the couple.
Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague first met on Love Island in 2019, where they finished as runners-up. Despite a temporary split in August 2024, they reconciled their relationship in May of the following year. Since her time on Love Island, Hague has amassed a substantial following on Instagram, reaching 8.6 million followers and launching her clothing brand, Maebe, in 2024.
Hague recently made a public appearance for the first time since becoming a mother when she attended Fury’s fight against Hall at The AO Arena on Saturday night.
