Tiger Woods’ former spouse, Elin Nordegren, has expressed worry about his well-being following his recent arrest on suspicion of driving while impaired. The renowned US golf star was apprehended and transported to a police station after his Land Rover overturned in Florida. Despite no injuries in the incident, Woods had to exit the vehicle through the passenger door once it tipped over.
Released on bail, the 50-year-old also faces charges of property damage and refusal to undergo a lawful test. According to Martin County Sheriff John Budensiek, the 15-time Major champion displayed signs of impairment and declined to provide a urine sample. Reports indicate that Woods faced criticism from his current partner, Vanessa Trump, and Nordegren is also alarmed due to his recurrent driving-related troubles.

In a serious incident in 2021, he survived a high-speed SUV crash near Los Angeles, sustaining severe leg and ankle injuries that nearly led to amputation.
