Bonnie Blue has learned her fate after being arrested in Bali for allegedly violating ‘morality’ laws, following a tip-off from a concerned local resident.
The adult film actress was detained last Thursday after reports from the public indicated that she had rented a truck to shoot explicit content involving young students while traveling around the island. Indonesia, being a predominantly Muslim country, has strict laws against the production and dissemination of adult material, with potential penalties of up to 15 years in prison and a hefty fine if found guilty of such offenses.
During a raid on her rental studio, authorities uncovered various provocative items, including school-themed outfits, Viagra, condoms, cameras, flash drives, and lubricants. While Bonnie was apprehended along with 17 male tourists, most were later released except for her and three others who remained under investigation. Despite being released from jail, the quartet underwent two days of interrogation by immigration officials and had their passports confiscated.
The individual who alerted the police recently revealed their motivations behind the tip-off. They clarified that their actions were not fueled by judgment towards Bonnie’s profession but rather by concerns about the negative impact on the local community’s reputation. The source emphasized the disapproval of the business and expat communities, highlighting the desire to avoid any dissemination of content that could tarnish Bali’s image internationally.
However, a significant development unfolded as police disclosed new findings from their inquiry. Authorities confirmed the absence of pornographic material, resulting in Bonnie and the three men evading charges.
Aiptu Ni Nyoman Ayu Inastuti, Acting Head of the Public Relations Sub-Division of the Badung Police, stated that the group was engaged in collaborative content creation related to a game where the winner would sleep with Bonnie Blue, without any illicit activities observed.
Despite the lack of a conviction on pornography charges, Bonnie faces repercussions for violating her travel visa privileges. Immigration chief Heru Winarko announced her imminent deportation due to visa misuse for content creation in Bali, with a subsequent ten-year ban on entering Indonesia, subject to extension.
Furthermore, Badung Police revealed that legal proceedings are underway against Bonnie and the three men for purchasing a blue “Bang bus” without proper vehicle registration. Allegations also surfaced regarding the British men in Bonnie’s group driving the vehicle without international licenses, potentially leading to a trial at Denpasar District Court.
