A spokesperson for Spurs mentioned in November that they had been providing continuous assistance to Destiny and his family since the occurrence and would persist in doing so. However, Udogie himself praised the club for their consistent support during the challenging time.
In an interview with The Athletic, Udogie expressed his appreciation for the club’s backing, stating, “The club showed me good support and was next to me every day. I’m really grateful to them for what they have done and for keeping me and my family safe. It’s really good for me.”
