The rankings are based on data from Rightmove, focusing on streets where a minimum of five homes were available for sale in January of this year.
Colleen Babcock, a property specialist at Rightmove, commented, “The attention-grabbing list of Britain’s most expensive streets showcases Winnington Road in North London reclaiming the top spot this year. The majority of the top 20 streets are concentrated in London, highlighting the city’s dominance in the ultra-prime property market.”
She added, “For buyers seeking exclusive addresses away from London’s hustle and bustle, Elmbridge in Surrey stands out as the lone representative from outside the capital in the elite top 20 list.”
